Wilcox prepared a facility air permit application including a detailed analysis of Best Available Control Technologies (BACT) for one of the facility’s main operations. In addition, this facility is subject to several source categories for Maximum Achievable Control Technologies (MACT) that required a significant amount of negotiation with IDEM and USEPA regarding acceptable recordkeeping practices to demonstrate compliance.
