Wilcox has recently renewed its certification with the Kentucky Petroleum Storage Tank Environmental Assurance Fund (PSTEAF). Wilcox has been deemed eligible by the Kentucky Department of Environmental Protection (KDEP) to perform corrective action at regulated petroleum storage tank facilities throughout the state of Kentucky.
The Kentucky General Assembly created the Kentucky PSTEAF in April 1990 to assist UST owners and operators with the costs of corrective action.
