Kelly is a graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Arts in General Arts and Science with a minor in Quantitative Analysis and Computer Applications. Kelly comes to Wilcox with 16 years of broad based human resources and accounting experience, including administering benefits programs, payroll implementation, developing personnel policies, recruiting, and preparing monthly financial statements.
